No Name
“No Name Puppet” is a daily puppetry practice, developed as part of Sun’s research into contemporary puppet ontology.
How to animate a transparent puppet into a mirror?
No Name is a neutral ceramic puppet as a piece of white paper. It is activated through improvisation in different public spaces, with its identity continuously shaped by the people it connects with each day. Beginning with the concept of the Collective Mind, No Name continuously builds a living archive through barter — an exchange of one on one performance, presence, and interaction.
Since the day of its birth in June 2026, Sun has carried No Name with her whenever she is on the journey, allowing the puppet to become an extension of the body.
Treat the puppet, and don’t forget to breathe.
“No Name Puppet” 是一项日常活态偶实践,作为Sun对当代偶本体论研究的一部分。
如何动画一个偶,使它成为一面镜子?
No Name 是一个中性陶偶(a natural ceramic puppet ).它没有任何预设的身份。它通过即兴表演,在不同的公共空间中被激活。其的身份由它每天所遇见的人共同塑造。No Name 从Collective mind 这一概念出发,以Barter(表演交换)的方式持续活态档案A living Archive。
自 2026 年 6 月诞生的那一天起,Sun 每次出行都会带着 No Name,让puppet逐渐成为她身体的延伸。

You are invited on a journey in one breath.
An inhale, an exhale.
What happens in between?
Start & End Location: Tallinn Linnahall
“The house was fighting gallantly. From the
very beginning of the storm, snarling winds had
been taking the roof to task, trying to pull it off,
to break its back, tear it into shreds, suck it off.
But it only hunched over further and clung to
the old rafters. Everything swayed under the
shock of this blow, but the flexible house stood
up to the beast.
The already human being in whom I had sought
shelter for my body yielded nothing to the storm…”
Henri Bosco,
Malicroix, 1946
The house and the body are spaces that inhabit and are inhabited. A Body To Dwell is a night of rearranging oneself in these spaces.
What if your house was a living body?
We spend this life with a body and a house, putting things into them and taking things out.
So, what do you let enter, and what do you let go?
